The Velvetones

The Velvetones

MYC was pleased to welcome The Velvetones at our 35th Anniversary Concert.

Vibrant, versatile, vivacious: just a handful of words to describe this fab four. Inspired by legendary vocal ensembles such as Manhattan transfer, The Andrews Sisters and The Chordettes, these velvet-voiced virtuosos perform everything from heart-stirring jazz ballads to cheeky early Broadway ditties to hypnotise and delight.

This sassy women’s quartet have been making a name all over Australia for the unique combination of their beautiful singing and harmonies, with a sense of good fun and humour to make them a uniquely memorable act.
